When I spoke to you on the telephone on 6th June, i told you how pleased I was with the two pairs of gates which were fitted on 5th June. I am in fact so well satisfied that I considered it appropriate to put this in writing.

The style and quality of the gates definitely exceeds my expectations. They enhance the complete appearance of my bungalow. I must also express my appreciation of your fitter, Joseph. His attitude to the customer and to his work was excellent, and he demonstrated great skill in fitting the gates.

Good morning All,

A quick note to express my sincere thanks for all the help my family has received from your company. My 92 year old Mum, who lives 300 miles away lost the remote for her garage door and could not get out on her mobile chair. I used the web and found my way to North Valley Forge and on contacting this company was given expert help and advice. The receptionist and Peter were terrific and so helpful.

The bottom line being that a replacement remote was dispatched and arrived quickly, the motor was re-programmed by my Mum's granddaughter - after some help from the telephone (again brilliant) - and Mum is now scattering pedestrians about the pavements of Wirral once again.

Please convey my thanks to all concerned. It is a pleasant change to find and use such professionalism.
