Videx 83-N Water Resistant Magnetic Lock

Videx Electro Magnetic Lock is widely used to secure main entrance and exit doors on multiple occupancy properties and high traffic areas, as there are no moving mechanical parts to cause failure due to wear. Elecromagnets are fail safe devices in the event of power failure or an emergency. The style, use and location of the door will determine if one or more magnetic locks are required on an installation.

82N Standard magnet with a holding force of 1200kg, 82N/M as 82N + monitoring, 83N as 82N water resistant (external use), 85N Double magnet, 86N/M mortice magnet + monitoring, 87N/M mini magnet + monitoring. L and Z/L brackets are available for all Standard magnets as are glass door kits for the 87N/M.
